Leaving the rat race.
Most of us would be familar with this: Labels: Improvement.
When we were infants/babies, most of us do not need to do anything to be loved.
When we reached the age of preschool, we would have learnt to behave for our parents to love us.
When we reached the age of pri school, we would have to please the teachers and our parents by getting good grades. If not, we might suffer phyiscally and mentally; This can be called a "Paper race".
When we reach the age of graduation, we were told to find a good job with good pay and other good incentives; This can be called a "Job race".
When we found a job and we are in the job, chances are we are rushing to try to please our boss.
Most of us are familar with this as it relates directly to our life. We are always chasing to please people, be it our parents, bosses and even religion. So we are struck in this race, which is actually a "Rat race

Imagine you are a hamster, mouse or even a rat running in the tiny wheel, no matter how fast you try to push yourself to run, you still find yourself to be in the same old spot. Most of us are feel this, we are not getting anywhere!!
The below is actually refering to the problem of chasing to "pick up" calls or sms.
The fact that you feel that you have to respond immediately to anything that is demanding your attention is probably one of the number one key signs that you are stuck right in the middles of the rat race.
So moral of the story? Slow down in order to get out of the rat race.
